China Tip 2 - To destroy is tougher than to build up

Starting a company in China is not simple for foreigners. A one-man business like we know in Holland, is hard to manage without thorough knowledge of the Chinese language. It takes weeks, or even months to organise all the start-up formalities at different authorities. Some regulations and conditions are unclear and can even differ per city district.
It is useful to know that starting a business is not as complex as the liquidation of it, before you decide to register a company in China officially. The process of liquidation is extremely complex and can takes years before it ends.
A liquidation does not automatically mean that a business is failed. Causes can also be positive, like a process of optimising your company, transferring your business activities to another region of changing you company license to another specialism.
Registration of a business organisation requires thorough preliminary inquiry, is always part of a long term vision and is never a temporary solution. Ideally you have to register the right juridical business and the right region from the beginning.
A good start, will gain quick wins! Even if it costs initially more time!
